Kalthoff was founded in 1949 as an HVAC contractor and a stainless steel fabricator. Mechanical Service was formed in 1974 to perform HVAC and refrigeration service. In 2005 these companies combined with Shoffner Mechanical to form the premier mechanical, industrial, and electrical contractor in this area.
